The BOAPay application allows you to carry out all common operations from your Wallet account (attached to a physical or virtual Prepaid card):- Consult the balance and the last transactions carried out from the Wallet- Make your wallet-towallet transfers easily and securely- Make payments to merchants with the BOAPay PRO merchant application- Pay your bills- Make deposits and withdrawals from your Wallet after merchants- And other value-added operations (Purchase of recharge credit card / ATM provision ...)BOAPay users (BANK OF AFRICAs Wallet platform) can connect to BOAPay using their phone number associated with their prepaid card and a password that they will have to define upon activation.How to register ?
(Customer with a prepaid card)1.
Customers with a prepaid card are automatically pre-registered for the service and will receive an SMS notification in order to download the application and activate it.2.
Then download the application from the "" App Store "or" "Google Play" stores.3.
Launch the app after downloading and installing it4.
On the BOAPay login screen, enter your "MSISDN telephone number" username and click on "Validate"5.
The application will then ask you to confirm your identity by entering the authentication code which represents "the last 4 digits of your prepaid card attached to the Wallet, then validate by clicking on the" Continue "button.6.
An OTP (one-time code) will then be sent to you by SMS to confirm the activation of your account.7.
Then enter the OTP and click on "Continue"8.
The application will then ask you to define your password (by entering it twice), then connect by clicking on the "Continue" button.9.
Browse the General Conditions of Use in the next screen, check the box to accept and press "Finish"10.
You can now access your Wallet and all the features of the BOAPay application
